appointment of David C. Cameron as an Advisor.

Mr. Cameron has an extensive, successful track record in
the reinsurance industry most recently as an executive with Aon Benfield. In
this role, he continually helped senior executive insurance carrier clients
understand the best strategy for improving the value of their insurance
operations business. In his role as Advisor to SDRefinery, Mr. Cameron will be
focused on helping develop and tailor SDRefinery’s value proposition to
insurance carrier’s operations.
