SDRefinery Rebrands to Reflect Evolving Business Model and Announces New Appointments
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, December 4, 2019 – SD Refinery, a leading provider of artificial intelligence (AI) technology is pleased to announce several updates attributed to continued growth and market movement.
SD Refinery has rebranded as SDRefinery AI. This clearly reflects the focus of the company. The company will continue to market their two core technology product offerings, SENTENCE AI and SUMMARY AI. Operationally, the growth of the company has enabled the following key appointments. Judith L Haddad has been promoted to President and David Sandberg has been appointed as an advisor.
Ms. Haddad’s appointment to President serves to leverage her vast industry experience and expand her role in the company operationally. She will continue to operate as CIO with responsibility for advancing the future roadmap and footprint of the company’s core technology product offerings.
Mr. Sandberg is a new addition to the company as an advisor and key contributor to the market use applications leveraging his vast background in actuarial sciences. David joins the company after having recently retired as VP & Chief Actuary for Allianz Life. David is also currently engaged on the Board of the Society of Actuaries and is a member of the Data Science and Analytics Committee of the American Academy of Actuaries. In those capacities, he has been actively working with life, health and property and casualty actuaries to explore the effective use of AI applications.
